This is blend is most certainly WOW, authentic and so popular. People have been raving about it! Tandoori Chicken can be eaten as a starter or appetizer, or as a main course, often served with Naan Flatbread.
Ingredients: Paprika, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Garlic, Ginger, Cardamon, Salt, Pepper, Chilli
Tandoori Chicken Recipe:
35g Tandoori Chicken Blend, 1 kg Chicken pieces, 70g Tomato Paste, 40 mls Vegetable Oil, 400g Natural Yoghurt
Mix Tandoori Chicken Blend with Tomato Paste then stir in Oil, add Natural Yoghurt and mix well. Trim and pat dry the Chicken pieces and place in the marinade, cover and put in the fridge overnight for best results. Preheat oven to 220 degrees - place Chicken pieces into a baking dish adding the rest of the marinade and cover with foil. Bake for 1hr 20 minutes or until Chicken is really tender and starting to brown on top. Serve and spoon lashings of juices over the Chicken. Great with Rice and stir fried Vegetables.
