Q: What are the shipping rates for orders within New Zealand?
A: Our shipping rates are straightforward and automatically calculated at checkout:
- $8 for smaller orders of 240g or less.
- $12 for larger orders above 240g.
- Free shipping on orders over $100.
To help you estimate, most of our spice mixes weigh between 70-80g, meaning you can typically order up to three mixes at the lower shipping rate of $8. We strive to make shipping affordable, ensuring your spices arrive fresh and ready for your next culinary creation!
Q: How can I try out these spices and blends if I'm not sure how to use them?
A: Each pouch includes a suggested recipe on the back to help you get started, making it easy to create a delicious meal right away. The recipe is designed to inspire you with other ways to use the blend in your favorite dishes too. Typically, each recipe can be made twice, giving you at least 8 servings per pouch—plenty to experiment with and enjoy!
Q: Can I return my purchase?
A: Since our products are consumable food items, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please let us know.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: If your items arrive damaged, please email us within 7 days with a photo of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or arrange a refund.
Q: My item is not as expected; what can I do?
A: If the product isn’t what you expected or you have any concerns, contact us within 7 days, and we’ll be happy to help find a solution.
Q: How do I request a refund?

Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to show in your account.
