500g Beef & 500g Pork Mince or any other Mince. 2 Large eggs. 2 cups Bread Crumbs. 1 large Onion finely minced. 1 cup Parmesan Cheese. 35g Meatball Blend. 1 cup Milk. 1 cup Olive Oil
Mix Bread Crumbs with Milk, stand for 5 minutes. Mix Eggs, Onion, Meatball Blend and Cheese with the Crumbs. Add Mince and mix well. Shape into medium size balls. Heat Oil to medium heat and cook for 3-6 minutes, turn over and cook to golden brown. Great with Spaghetti, Fries or Vegetables. Small size balls are great at any party.
