Kiwi Spices Mango Chicken Curry Blend is mild and suitable for all the family, 30 minutes to the table. Authentic, so easy and so delicious!
Mango Chicken Recipe:
2-3 Tbsp Mango Chicken Spice Blend, 500g Chicken cut into strips, 1 medium Red Pepper cut in strips, 1 cup of Mango chopped (tinned is ok), 1 medium Onion finely diced, 2 Tbsp Oil, 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste, 3/4 cup Coconut Milk (add more if desired or change out from Cream), Salt and Pepper to taste.
Saute the Onion and Red Pepper in the Oil until soft and tender. Add the Chicken, Spice Blend and Salt. Cook and stir for 5 minutes. Stir in the Mango, Coconut Milk or Cream and Tomato Paste, bring to the boil. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until Chicken is cooked. Serve with Rice and lashings of the juices.

I have tried mango chicken curry spice blend and butter chicken spice blend. Both make a delicious tasting healthy dish. Highly recommended!
This is my go too for a really quick, but great tasting, and good looking dish when we cannot think what to have for dinner, but need something delicious !
