Kiwi Steak Blend is such a crowd pleaser. It can be used for steaks, chops, chicken and topside roast. Sprinkle the blend on both sides on the meat and rub in. Apply more seasoning if the steak is very thick. Allow meat to stand for about one hour at room temperature before cooking. Preheat the BBQ, cook over a medium to hot fire, cooking both sides, turning only once. Allow to stand before serving and only trim fat after cooking.
