Kiwi Spices Jamaican Jerk seasoning is just great on the BBQ. Use any meat including fish. Make up the marinade and spread on your choice of meat. Rest for 3 hours up to overnight.
If you would like to make this truly Jamaican add an Habanero or Scotch Bonnet chilli when making up the marinade.
Ingredients: no fillers only pure spices, Allspice (pimento), garlic, chilli, thyme, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, pure sea salt, pepper.
