Ingredients: Cumin, Coriander, Garlic, Cayenne, Oregano, Ginger, Basil, Paprika, Sugar
Chilli Con Carne
500g minced Beef, 1 Tbsp Oil, 1 large Onion diced, 1 Red Pepper diced, 25g Chilli Con Carne Blend, 2 Tbsp Tomato Puree, 400g can chopped Tomatoes, 400g can red Kidney Beans, 1 Beef Stock cube in 1 cup of Water
Heat Oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add Onion and Red Pepper and cook until soften. Add Mince, raise the heat and brown, stir in Chilli Con Carne Blend and cook for a few minutes. Add Tomato Puree, can of Tomatoes and Beef Stock. Stir well. Cover and simmer on a low heat for 20 minutes. Add drained Kidney Beans and cook for a further 5 minutes. Add Salt and Pepper to taste. Serve with boiled Rice, Sour Cream, Corn Chips and Salsa.
