Ingredients: Cumin, Coriander, Paprika, Cinnamon, Allspice, Tumeric, Ginger, Cayenne, Chilli, Salt
Chermoula is a spice marinade from Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia, is mainly used for fish. It is quick and easy and very delicious. Spread it on a whole fish, fish fillets, prawns, other seafood or chicken and leave to marinate.
Suggestions:
Mix Prawns and Chermoula Blend together. Marinate for 45 minutes, place prawns one layer on a roasting dish and drizzle with Olive Oil. Bake for 10 minutes at 220 degrees.
Saute an Onion, add Fish Fillets, Cherry Tomatoes and Green Olives. Sprinkle the Chermoula Blend on and add sliced Lemon. Cook slowly with the lid on until the Fish is flakey
