Kiwi Spices Tandoori Chicken
40g Tandoori Blend
70g Tomato Paste
1kg Chicken Pieces
40mls Vegetable Oil
400g Natural Yoghurt
- Mix spice blend with tomato paste then stir in oil, add yoghurt and mix well
- Trim and pat dry the chicken pieces and place in the marinade, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees, place chicken pieces into a baking dish adding the rest of the marinade and cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour 20 minutes or until chicken is really tender and starting to brown on top.
- Serve and spoon juices over chicken
