TANDORI CHICKEN RECIPE

 

Kiwi Spices Tandoori Chicken

40g Tandoori Blend
70g Tomato Paste
1kg Chicken Pieces 
40mls Vegetable Oil
400g Natural Yoghurt

 

  1.  Mix spice blend with tomato paste then stir in oil, add yoghurt and mix well
  2. Trim and pat dry the chicken pieces and place in the marinade, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 220 degrees, place chicken pieces into a baking dish adding the rest of the marinade and cover with foil.  Bake for 1 hour 20 minutes or until chicken is really tender and starting to brown on top.
  4. Serve and spoon juices over chicken

 

So simple, so delicious, so much WOW factor and an affordable meal for the family.
